From the center of Aparan, head south towards the main road (Aparan - Yerevan highway). Once you reach the highway, turn left and walk towards the bus station. Continue to walk along the highway until you reach the bus station. At the bus station, look for a marshrutka (minibus) heading to Yerevan.
